Two meters. One predictable bill.

ScendCore meters AI work in Credits and pass-through costs in your Wallet. Credits stay in your subscription bucket; Wallet handles the variable stuff. Your monthly subscription stays predictable while usage scales with your real work.

01

AI Credits

For the agents' work.

Every action an agent takes that uses AI — sending a reply, scoring a lead, classifying intent, generating a meeting brief — consumes a small number of Credits. Each tier ships with a monthly Credit allowance.

02

Wallet

For pass-through costs.

Voice minutes, SMS segments, data enrichment, phone-number rental — anything where ScendCore pays a third-party supplier per call. Your Wallet holds a balance; usage debits it; you refill on-demand.

Why two meters

Predictable subscription. Honest pass-through.

Bundling voice + SMS + enrichment into a flat subscription either over-charges low-volume users or loses money on heavy ones. Splitting variable costs out into Wallet keeps your monthly bill predictable + your usage uncapped.

01

Credits are predictable

Each tier has a fixed monthly Credit allowance. Most teams use 60-80% of their bucket. Top-ups available if you need more — usually means the agents are working harder than expected, not that pricing changed.

02

Wallet costs pass through honestly

When the platform pays a per-minute or per-call charge to a supplier (Twilio, ElevenLabs, PDL), we charge you that cost with a small platform markup. You see the wholesale + the markup; we don't hide either.

03

Caps + alerts on both

Set monthly Credit usage alerts. Set per-agent Wallet caps. Both meters have hard-stop options so a runaway workflow can't blow through your monthly budget.

04

Full transparency in the dashboard

Real-time Credit + Wallet usage dashboard. Per-agent breakdown. Per-workflow attribution. Every debit is traceable to the action that triggered it.

Common questions

About the model

How do I know if I'll run out of Credits?
Dashboard shows real-time Credit usage with a projection. Most teams use 60-80% of their bucket. If you're trending toward 100%, we email you at 80% so you can either top up (mid-month, no commitment) or upgrade tier (effective next billing cycle).
What happens if my Wallet runs out?
For wallet-metered actions (voice, SMS, enrichment), the action queues with a soft alert. Refill from the dashboard and the queue resumes. Critical workflows can have a auto-refill threshold ($10 left → top up to $50) so they never pause.
Can I cap Credit or Wallet spend per agent or workflow?
Yes. Per-agent monthly caps, per-workflow caps, per-team caps. Hard caps stop the agent from acting; soft caps alert before the cap. Both options are dashboard-configurable + audit-logged.
Why not just one combined currency?
Credits + Wallet exist because the underlying cost structures are different. Credits cost us ~$0.02 each (LLM inference). Wallet items cost us actual cash to suppliers (Twilio per-minute, PDL per-call). Mixing them would either over-charge low-volume teams or lose money on heavy voice users. Two meters lets the model be honest both ways.
Can I buy Credits separately without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Top-up packs from 5K Credits ($100) to 100K Credits ($1,500). Top-ups don't expire while your subscription is active. Useful for one-month spikes (product launch, conference week).
Does the free trial use Credits?
Yes — free trials ship with 2,500 Credits + $10 Wallet. Enough to drive a real evaluation. No CC required to start; CC only added when you choose a paid plan.
What does an "action" actually cost ScendCore?
An AI email reply uses ~3,000 LLM tokens + retrieval + memory lookups. At wholesale prices ~$0.01-0.015. We charge 5 Credits (~$0.10 at Solo, less at higher tiers) to cover platform infrastructure + margin. Wallet items pass through wholesale + 10-15% platform markup.
Can I see the wholesale cost of each Wallet action?
Enterprise plans get an "unbundled" view that shows wholesale supplier cost separately from platform markup. Lower tiers see the all-in price (which is the only price that matters for your invoice).

Pricing that scales with your actual usage.

Subscription stays flat. Variable costs pass through. No surprise bills.
