You can configure these levels by action type, by AI employee, by deal stage, or by contact seniority. A junior SDR's AI might need approval for all outbound emails, while a senior AE's AI runs fully autonomous on follow-ups but requires approval for pricing discussions.
Decision audit logs
Every action taken by a ScendCore AI employee is logged with full context: what triggered the action, what data was used, what alternatives were considered, and what the outcome was.
